Zong Zi or Ba Zhang are sticky rice dumplings eaten during Dragonboat Festival. Depending on where you are in the world, they may be savoury and filled with pork and salted egg, or sweet and filled with azuki beans. Regardless, they are parcels full of flavour and made with love.
