In Taiwan, food is our love language.Join us for a one-of-a-kind, hands-on cooking experience celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival (端午節), where tradition meets warmth in an intimate setting. In this thoughtfully curated class, you’ll learn to make five Taiwanese dishes — including the iconic Zong Zi, a glutinous rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves and filled with savoury delights like marinated pork belly, salted egg yolk, shiitake mushrooms, and peanuts.Led by your expert instructor Cristina, this small-group class offers a rare opportunity to dive deep into the rich flavours, ingredients, and stories behind Taiwanese cuisine — in a way you won’t find anywhere else in Melbourne.Come ready to get your hands dirty, meet like-minded food lovers, and gain skills you can take home — along with your very own bundle of Zong Zi.Sample Menu:
