Festival Banquet Class
Sunday 1 June 4-7pm
Join us for a one-of-a-kind, hands-on experience celebrating Dragon Boat Festival (端午節)! In this thoughtfully curated class, you’ll learn to make five Taiwanese dishes — including the iconic Zong Zi, a glutinous rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves and filled with savoury delights like marinated pork belly, salted egg yolk, shiitake mushrooms, and peanuts.
This class is intimately capped at 6.

Winter Taiwanese Banquet Class
Saturday 5 July 5-8pm
Join us for a relaxed, hands-on class where you’ll learn to make four of my favourite Taiwanese dishes—including the deeply comforting beef noodle soup. It’s a small group, so there’s plenty of time to chat, cook together, and sit down to enjoy a meal and a glass together!
